My name is Nitisha and I stand for equity, inclusion and oneness for myself and everyone.
I think of myself a seeker, contributor and advocate for causes at the intersection of menstrual health, climate action, feminism and social justice.
I am a Computer Science engineer by education with over 7+ years of work experience across corporate, startup and the development sector. I am presently working in the Fundraising and Partnerships team at Indian School of Development Management.
I am a Menstrual Health Fellow in the Youth Ki Awaaz Action Network through which I am running campaigns on Sustainable Menstruation.
I also lead a project called ‘Let’s Talk, Period‘ in the Global Shapers Community – Delhi Hub, which is an initiative of the World Economic Forum. Through the project, I conduct sessions on sustainable menstruation to create awareness and action among the youth communities.
